Neurosurgery Hot Seat
ABNS oral board practice

Sit in the hot seat before exam day.

Two AI examiners run real oral board cases out loud. They take you into the operating room, throw a complication at you, and tell you exactly what you missed. Practice as often as you want, at 2 a.m. if that is when you study.

200 cases. Spine, tumor, vascular, trauma, pediatrics, functional and peripheral nerve.

How it works

Step 1Hear the caseThe examiner reads the stem out loud, or you read it on screen. Ask for the exam, labs and imaging you want.
Step 2Talk it throughTap the mic and answer. Every case goes from workup to decision, into the OR step by step, then a complication that fits the operation.
Step 3Get graded and taughtA score on six domains, unsafe answers flagged, the model path through the case, and short lessons on what you missed.

The case library

Questions

Is this the real exam?

No. The cases are original teaching cases written to the published ABNS topic list. We are not affiliated with the ABNS and do not use exam material.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Open the site in Safari or Chrome. The mic button lets you answer out loud, and the examiner can read questions to you.

Who checks the answer keys?

The cases were written and are being reviewed by a board-certified neurosurgeon, with references on every case. If a grade looks wrong, tap “Flag this grade” and we review it.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
