Neurosurgery Hot Seat is operated by Neurosurgery Boards Prep LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What this is

An educational practice tool for neurosurgeons preparing for oral board examinations. Cases are original teaching material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the American Board of Neurological Surgery, and nothing here is actual examination content.

Not medical advice

Content and AI feedback are for education only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients. AI examiners and grading can make mistakes; use your own judgment and current guidelines.

Your account

One person per account. Do not share your login or resell access. Do not enter real patient information into the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

Fair use

We may limit the number of cases per day to keep the service reliable, and may suspend accounts used to copy or scrape content.

Content ownership

The cases, answer keys and software belong to Neurosurgery Boards Prep LLC. You may not copy, redistribute or publish them.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
